Privacy and website measurement

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand traffic sources, page visits, clicks and completed enquiries, and Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recordings. Analytics preferences lets you decline or change your choice. Form fields are masked in recordings; we do not send form answers, names, email addresses or booking answers in our custom analytics events. Google and Microsoft process browser, device and usage information. Advertising features in this organic analytics integration are disabled.

Studio Sansa uses Meta Pixel on our website security briefing to measure article visits, review requests, booking clicks, email clicks and completed discovery call bookings. Meta may receive browser and device information, advertising identifiers, page URLs and event details. We do not include booking answers or email contents in these events.

Advertising tracking is enabled unless you have declined. You can turn it off using Cookie preferences at the bottom of the briefing. Your choice is remembered in this browser and does not affect requesting a review or booking.

Our website is hosted by Vercel. Discovery call bookings are processed by Cal.com. Campaign parameters may be passed to the calendar to help attribute bookings. When you email or book, we use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry. This does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

When you request a website review, we store your name, email, phone number, website address, optional notes and campaign information in our CRM, hosted by Supabase. We use these details to prepare and email your review and follow up about your enquiry. Form answers are not sent to Meta.
